Research Interests

Jordan is a third year PhD student in the Prevention Science program. She is broadly interested in the dissemination, translation, and implementation of research aimed at promotion of mental health within community contexts. Jordan’s previous experience has focused on individuals and mental health treatment but she would like to focus on more macro-level factors involved in preventing mental health problems. Jordan is also particularly interested in adaptation of evidence-based interventions to best serve communities’ needs, leverage their strengths, and improve mental health literacy for self-advocacy.
